The #DisneyPinADay Project

A couple weeks ago I decided to start a projected called Disney Pin A Day or #DisneyPinADay in cool speak. It was a way for me to force myself to make more art and get practice in while having an excuse to do a lot of Disney designs which is one of my favorite things. (psst...Disney Design Group call me!) Here are the pins from week 1! Week 2 is currently in progress based on requests I received. I'll update with those soon!

Love Wins!

I can't think of a better day than 6-26 for gay marriage to finally become legal in all 50 states. Love wins!

Trick-Or-Treat Poster

Continuing my sort-of-series of Disney short posters is this one I created for Trick-Or-Treat, one of my favorite Disney Halloween shorts. I remember watching this one all the time as a kid so I've always wanted to create some sort of tribute to it. Also Donald is a huge jerk in it. Also who gives out candy canes for Halloween? This guy apparently.

Trolley Troubles Poster

September 5th was the anniversary of Oswald's first short "Trolley Troubles", which I believe is 87 years old now! I started this project a couple years ago but never got past some initial concept sketches. I came across it last week and figured it was a perfect opportunity to finally finish it for the anniversary!

IMAGINATION!

Here's a project I had the pleasure of working on at SolidLine Media. This was a video that played before AHRMM's member conference in Orlando, FL earlier this month. It's about using your imagination to make your boring adult life cool again! I animated the first two minutes of this (after the countdown) (and not the rocket ship).

Robin Williams

Here's a tribute I made to Robin Williams. I loved all of his films growing up but Flubber was one that stuck with me for some reason. Some called it a flop...alright, pretty much EVERYONE called it a flop, but I loved it. Maybe because I was like 8 when it came out. But I remember being in awe at the flying car scene and absolutely loving Weebo so that's kinda how I got to this.
